White solvent-based fixative for interior and exterior use. Highly effective for fixing alkaline surfaces such as concrete, plaster, cement, etc. Also fixes old paintwork that is chalking or in poor condition. Reduces the porosity of the substrate and significantly increases the yield of finishing coats.

Apply in one coat to dry, clean surfaces. (Removal of loose parts).
